About CELESTE
I am a certified classical ballet and jazz dancer after 12 years of training. During those years, I participated in productions, took exams, and took several summer courses. Since graduating, I have taken occasional classes over the years. I have also had the opportunity to teach ballet, jazz, stretch, barre, and fitness classes.

I like to teach freely, according to the student's level, but with training oriented to the needs of a classical and jazz dancer. Technique: Dance-focused stretching. The development of the course will depend on the student's current performance and flexibility. In case of no prior knowledge, the following topics are considered: -Posture. -Warm-up methods. -Body expression. -Learning to separate the movements of each part of the body. -Stretches oriented to the front split. -Stretches oriented to the middle split. -Stretches oriented to the arch (back). Brief choreographies will be incorporated with the movements learned in class to develop body expression. As I mentioned, I like to teach freely, adapting the class to the level, skill level, and even the mood of the student on the day of each class. It is important to always listen to the body, particularly regarding its stretching limits. My goal isn't primarily to help you achieve a certain posture, but rather to use stretching to foster a flexible body with awareness in movement. Living within a flexible body is a great gift you can give yourself, one that prevents injuries throughout your life.
