Recent graduate so I know the methods used in schools now, experience with tutoring and very proficient in math. Math major so I am still familiar with topics. Very example based, take their questions and explain step by step how to solve the problem and then have them try by themselves using the methods I showed. I try to explain the logic of the formulas and how they solve the problem to deepen their understanding. I am most comfortable working with elementary through sophomore students.
