About Alfred
I am a dedicated and professional A-Level Economics tutor with a strong academic background and a clear, structured approach to teaching. I focus on building confidence, deepening understanding, and developing strong exam technique. I am reliable, well-prepared, and committed to helping students achieve their best possible results.
I want to teach because I enjoy helping students understand challenging ideas and gain confidence in their abilities. Seeing a student progress from confusion to clarity and success is genuinely rewarding. Teaching allows me to share my passion for Economics while making a meaningful difference to students’ academic outcomes and future opportunities.

Typical lesson length
Lessons usually last 60 minutes, which allows enough time to cover content in depth, practise exam questions, and review progress. Longer sessions can be arranged if needed, especially closer to exams.
Qualifications & experience
I have a strong academic background in Economics and experience tutoring students at A-Level. I am familiar with major exam boards (such as AQA, Edexcel, and OCR) and their assessment requirements. My tutoring focuses not just on understanding the subject, but on achieving higher grades through effective exam preparation.
