About Ella
I am an aspiring clinical psychologist, it’s a long road but I will get there. I am very passionate about mental health disorders and particularly how these affect personal life such as romantic relationships. I am a practical support assistant at the University of Manchester where I work with students who have a registered disability or mental health problem. I am very interested in confidence building, I want my tutees to believe in themselves and plan practically for their future. I would love to help with university applications too. My main priority as a tutor is to reassure my tutees that there is no such thing as a stupid question. No matter how small or how big your issue is, share it with me. I like my tutees to see us working through things together. We would act as a team to grow and expand knowledge.

I opt for a very collaborative and interactive method in my teaching. I want to make sure you understand and you’re engaged in what I am saying. I want you to love the subjects as much as I do. I also have training in a range of learning difficulties and mental health disorders, I am a practical support assistant at the university I attend. My lessons will typically be 2 hours with a break, butI would be more than willing to how long you would like the lessons to be. I am very flexible with my approach, if something is not working then you should tell me. I will have a reflective time at the end of the session for feedback for both you and for me. My lessons are aimed at GCSE and A level.
