About Baran
My name is Baran, and I'm currently studying Politics and IR at the University of Cambridge. My interest in politics started as a youth, trawling through politics related videos on YouTube, this metamorphosed into a general interest in history, international relations and economics.
I took this passion and translated into an academic fervour, utilising my interest to do well at A-level and being the first person from my disadvantaged FE College to attend Oxbridge!
To help others like me I have subscribed as a Zero Gravity mentor two years running, helping disadvantaged kids apply to Oxbridge. I also have general, albeit informal teaching experience helping my peers at college, my teachers frequently referred to me as an unpaid teaching assistant!
