I'm a Medical student at Queen Mary University of London in the UK. I'm currently in the 3rd year of my studies and I'm 22 years old. I'm Cypriot and I really enjoy sports! I'm looking forward to meet you and to be able to assist you!

These sessions would be carried out online and basically you would share your goals with me and I'll make sure you achieve them asap. This would be achieved by me providing you with a training plan that would be updated regularly. As I've mentioned, I'm a Medical student and I believe I got a good knowledge on how the body works and what the body needs to achieve different things. In addition, I'm in sports from a young age and I, therefore, can provide you with personal things that worked for me. Contact me for more videos.
