About Tireni

¡Hola! My name is Tireni, and I'm a university student, studying Hispanic Studies, so involving Spanish grammar and Hispanic culture. Having studied Spanish at A-Level, I have a solid foundation in grammar, vocabulary, speaking and written Spanish.

I have a strong passion for languages and I understand that learning a language can be challenging, so I aim to make lessons engaging, supportive and tailored to each student’s individual needs. Whether you need help with schoolwork, speaking practice or exam preparation, I’m happy to help you build your confidence and achieve your goals!

I look forward to helping you on your Spanish-learning journey. ¡Hasta pronto!

About the lesson

I encourage interactive lessons, so in a typical 1hr lesson, we would learn a new skill (e.g. the preterite tense) and spend majority of the lesson practising it and interweaving it into one's writing or speaking to improve their fluency. As someone who has previously tutored before (except in GCSE History), I find that this approach works best. These lessons would ideally be for GCSE students and below.
