About Priya
I'm Priya, in my second year as a Mathematics undergraduate student studying at Queen Mary University of London. I want to teach maths becauses love to break down complex concepts into simplier, more easier steps to make maths more accessible. I enjoy seeing students gain more confiedence and success in their studies as it is incredibly rewarding for me.

I understand the hurdles and challenges that students face hence I break down complex concepts into manageable steps to ensure that each student grasps the material before moving on. With an A* grade in GCSE maths, I acknowledge that each student have individual learning styles. The typical length of a lesson is an hour long to support engagement throughout the time. I also aim to offer tutoring at a reasonable price to set students up for success in their exams. One of the main teaching methodology that is used is visual aids to grasp abstract concepts deeply, additionally, involving students rather than lecturing. Also, to make sessions more interesting, I would relate maths concepts to real-life scenarios. I believe that providing quality practise and feedback is vital for levelling up.
