About Dhanyal
I have only recently started offering lessons to students whom are studying subjects related to Engineering so I have not tutored anybody as of yet. However, I have helped younger, secondary school children with their reading and writing skills. I believe that I should be able to offer help to students who feel as if they may be struggling with their academics to be able to push them to their optimum capabilities and help them achieve the best they can. I received this type of help whilst studying for my GCSE's and also whilst undertaking my BTEC's, hence I would like to contribute in helping the younger students to excel in the subjects they are struggling with.

I am currently a Mechanical Engineering student, aspiring to go into the field of Engineering management within the Aerospace Engineering sector. I am offering to give lessons to GCSE and BTEC students with Engineering related subjects. These can include GCSE Mathematics, GCSE Physics and BTEC Level 2/3 Diplomas in Engineering and Applied Science.
My method of teaching will include me showing demonstrations or giving descriptions of certain tasks and activities, then I would present the student with example questions and walk through the answers of each of the, answering any questions as we go along. I would require my students to inform me of the topics they need help with and in which subject they are from at least 12 hours prior to the lesson. This is so I can prepare my resources and the work I will give the student to do as well as the demonstrations I will give.
As a tutor, I am very approachable and friendly and would like to build positive and good relationships with students to ensure they feel comfortable with any questions or worries they have in regards to the area of study.

Details
My rates are the same for both GCSE and BTEC students. If I am required to travel a distance exceeding 3km, my rate goes up to £10/ph. I should be made aware of any cancellations made at least 5 hours prior to the start of the lesson. There will be a cancellation fee of £5 for any cancellations made within 5 hours to go to the start of the lesson.
