My teaching methodology is working by the specification and finding the students weaknesses to work on. I believe there is no point in repeating the students strengths all the time, but that more focus should be on the students weaknesses

I’ve know Anna for years and she is known by all to be very intelligent and very hardworking. Anna is organised and good with time management. She is patient, and also amazing at encouraging students. She has good communication skills and is able to explain concepts clearly, making maths seem simpler and more enjoyable for her students. She has an evident passion for maths which makes her teaching even more effective.
