About Alysha
I am a secondary school Health and PE teacher. I have studied exercise science at uni and have worked with elite athletes over the past 10 years. I have spent time as a personal trainer which all contributes to my teaching knowledge. My students find my explanations simple and easy to understand.

By getting to know how you learn, I can tailor the content to make most sense to you. I am able to explain things in easy to understand concepts and build on knowledge for exams. Sessions can be 30 or 45 minutes, and are aimed at VCE unit 1&2 or 3&4 Physical Education. I can also provide tutoring for Years 7-10 in Health and PE, and PE electives
