About Victor
I am currently a student at the Rochester Institute of Technology. My main studies focus on mathematics, physics, and computer science. So far throughout college I have maintained a 4.0 GPA and thus have made the deans list. I was valedictorian of my high school and i took as many AP classes as i could, making me very comfortable with high school curriculum. Additionally, i tutored middle school mathematics during my time as the President of our schools National Honor Society. I am hoping to become a tutor for first year calculus next semester and a substitute teacher at my high school during breaks.

I like to help students by teaching concepts and working out complex problems. What i mean by this is that i will explain the ideas and concepts almost like a lecture style, then i will present problem sets which will exercise the concepts just learned. Initially i will work out a few problems step by step to provide the student with a basic “plan of attack”, and then i will slowly take my hand of the wheel until they feel comfortable solving problems they might encounter in class. If possible i like to present problems that are slightly harder than what will be found in class because becoming comfortable with these problems will make the class seem much easier.
