About Allen
I want to help students overcome their phobia for mathematics, which is common among many students all around the world.
With a simplified way of teaching, I want to portray math to be as simple as other subjects.
I have had tutors in the past but not all of them have really only shown me what Mathematics can provide and how it intertwines in our daily lives. Therefore I will not only be teaching Mathematics but also some interesting science and history to really engage students.
Since I have volunteered as a tutor before I understand what works and what doesn't and wish to share this knowledge.

I want to create a fun and engaging learning environment to learn Mathematics for my students. I will be teaching from experience at what works best to grasp complex problems as well as teaching basic fundamentals in every day life. Lets ditch those old dusty textbooks and make learning a fun and enjoyable experience. I have volunteered as a tutor before but now I want to add my own twist to lessons.
My lessons will be minimum 1 hour but can be 2 hours if interested.
The age range will be from 6-12 years of age.
