About Sofiia
I very much do not believe you have to be a mastermind to grasp science, in fact, a mastermind can be created. Some time ago I was confident in choosing Economics as my career path. Biology, and any science was torture for me. It took some time for me to see that love for subject can be created once you understand how to use your learning patters better, but sometimes it may be hard to see your own learning style - and I am here to help. What I have trained in myself over couple of years I can now deliver and pack into a few lessons. I can confidently say that I am passionate about Biology like nothing else. I add new facts and ideas to my brain storage everyday, which allows me to constantly widen the picture of the subject.

I am very keen when it comes to someone learning something. I have a great sense in recognising when students memorise or truly learned, if they want to understand subject or still are unconfident in their abilities. This greatly help me to see what is best to offer to a student, I can never promise a certain way of teaching, because as a student myself I know how learning style can change, and how learning style in Economics may not be same for one in Biology. In short, my teaching style is understanding student, and then make the student understand material, and truly support them through. I really want students to see Biology as something more than mitochondria and xylem, and if the student just wants to pass the subject and forget about it - fine! But the learning and strategy skills we will work will never leave the student, so it is a win-win.
