About Lily
My name is Lily and I'm a current mechanical engineering student. I have always enjoyed maths as a subject which is why I took it as one of my A level subjects, and feel I can help others grasp areas of the curriculum that they find challenging. Having recently been through secondary school and college myself I understand the learning curve others are experiencing and I want to be able to help people understand just that little bit more!

My lessons are for students from year 9 to year 12 either looking for some extra help or trying to advance their maths skills! A typical lesson would be 1-2 hours depending on the person and the contents of the lesson. I mostly teach by helping students break down the questions into identifiable parts which they can then learn to solve and I find this is effective for most questions.

Lily is my older sister, whenever i needed help with maths or science growing up she was always eager to help me and gave me simple instructions and notes to help me learn. She helped my grades improve by being encouraging and always telling me i could do it. She is patient and understanding and a lovely person!
Lily is very quite hard working and will put her all into everything she does which is why I think she would be a great tutor for anyone looking for some help in any classes
