About Anna
I am a Junior Student-Athlete at North High School, where I maintain a 4.0 G.P.A., Summa Cum Laude for my Freshman and Sophomore years, straight A’s in college level courses, and have received distinguished marks from teachers. I am very committed to my education and plan to become a doctor in the future. I have already scheduled a college visit and hope to study at a higher-level. My teachers and classmates speak highly about my academic abilities. When I study, I can work to get a deeper understanding of complex topics, so I will be able to explain it in numerous different ways. This will ensure the student can understand the information, and also apply it in school-work.

In my lessons, I will start off by asking them what subject they are struggling in, what assignment they need help with, and which part of that topic confuses them the most. Once I have an idea of what subjects and topics need our main focus, we will begin by doing practice problems and learning each step that is necessary to obtain the correct answer. In subjects that do not have a clear pathway to an answer, I will use my knowledge and other resources to help the student fully comprehend the topic in great detail. By the time the lesson is complete, the student will not only be prepared for class, but also confident with their own understanding!
