About Max
After graduating in 2023 from Wake Forest University with a BA in Politics and International Affairs, I enrolled at Northeastern University in Boston to pursue an MPP, and have since relocated to Charlotte where I am working in the nonprofit sphere. I began offering LSAT tutoring this year after experiencing firsthand the considerable stress of the prep process.

With effort and commitment, I believe that every student has the ability to perform strongly on the LSAT. I seek to provide an encouraging environment where students always feel comfortable asking for clarification, with the hope that they will emerge with the skills and confidence to realize their potential on test day.
Using analytics, we will target and address your weak points (pacing, specific question types, etc.) while examining the underlying logic of the test. Along with skill acquisition, we will also focus on acquiring good test taking habits, including developing a healthy study schedule, setting incremental goals, building resiliency, etc.
Lesson plans will be tailored to your needs and preferences, but a typical 1 hour session might look like:
- 10 to 15 minutes discussing/reviewing recent drill/PT performance
- 25 minutes of guided, targeted drilling (LR, RC or both, according to needs)
- 10 minutes review of answers
- 10 minutes of reflection/goal setting.

We were classmates and worked together on writing assignments. Max is strong with reading comprehension and logical reasoning. I remember him helping me break down a tough essay by walking through the argument step by step until it clicked! I highly recommend!
