About Tristan
I am deeply passionate about learning and teaching others what I know. My teaching experience comes from assisting most of my peers in homework or studying for tests/quizzes. Because I've worked with many peers on different intellectual levels I can adapt my vocabulary and teaching methods quickly to best fit the person I am trying to reach with my teaching. I'm in my third year of High School and second year of college. All my high school classes have either been on the honors or AP level. Regarding AP classes I have achieved a 5 on the AP German language test and a 3 on the AP world history test. Currently I am taking AP Chemistry. On my SAT I have scored a 1260, a 590 on the Math section and a 670 on the Reading and Writing section. To conclude my achievements I have recently gained the "Small Town Award".

Student led, and unique to each student, learning based on middle school to high school classes with the goal of deepening already learned but not quite mastered subject materials presented by professional teachers. This will be achieved by going over homework, classwork, or outside material presented by middle-high school teachers or by me. The goal of my "lessons" aren't the dull retaining of facts but the understanding of concepts and ideas that can still be used in future classes.
