About Aliesha
I am 42 years old; I love dancing and am keen to teach what I know and provide feedback constructively. I am also a part-time cleaner and will finish my degree in Dance in 3 years. It is never too late to start dancing.

And introduce foundation movements and reinforce through repetition and variation. Using improvisation so the students can use creative exploration and provide feedback.
