About Kristine
Hello everyone! My name is Kristine Ta and I am a BFA Classical Voice Music Major attending York University! I have many other credentials as well, such as my Level 8 RCM certification, performing with York University’s WIBI A Cappella, performed in TWO High School Musicals, and so many others!
As a teacher, I have learned that it is really important to understand the student’s experience levels; that all are different and come from many different places! I aspire to be a teacher who doesn’t shape the tonality or personality of the voice, but to simply strengthen what is already there! I believe that everyone is capable of singing, as long as they are guided through the path made for them!
Through my lessons, I hope to share my experiences as a singer to people who are just as passionate as I am, and to ultimately provide great guidance towards their goals!

Lessons are adjustable for EVERY voice type and singing levels! As a University student, it is always important to know the fundamentals of singing healthily and supported!
For a usual lesson plan, we would first start with a simple warm-up, then dive right into something that we have been working on to achieve a goal we want to achieve! Given time, we can work together to make your singing better with each lesson!
