I am taking classes from Megha since a month now. She gives personal attention to each individual and plan hollistic approach to cater individual needs - this includes diet, exercise, yoga, addressing any health related issues. She keeps finding new ideas to keep you motivated through the journey. My cervical pain is all gone, my stamina is on another level within a month. I really look forward to my class every morning. Megha has a sound expertise in area of her work. She is excellent in making customized workouts based on an individual 's body type, strength, fitness goal and stamina. The best part about her workouts is that she makes the set of exercises very engaging and interesting till the end. She certainly doesn't get into any monotony of any specific pattern. And if this weren't enough she is also a great motivator. She keeps pushing you to perform better. It's extremely important to have a trainer who has your back and is constantly motivating you towards your goal.

I really appreciate your enthusiasm for your yoga classes. Actually I’ve had cervical pain for nearly a year. My doctor sent me to physical therapy and it seemed that my pain increased.
