About Helen
I am a creative/ art director in the fashion and design industries, as well as a spatial designer and set/interior stylist. I have worked across fashion production and brand visual concepts, interior projects from cafes to exhibitions and temporary installations, art direction and set design for fashion and lifestyle shoots. I have a Masters degree from Central Saint Martins in London. I spend my time between London, Lisbon and Tallinn, and I’ve been a visiting lecturer in Estonian Academy of Arts for the last seven years. Currently at home with a baby, so looking to do some online teaching and mentoring. My work can be seen at helensirp.com

I help you come up with the narrative- the story that forms the basis for your design direction. Be it a commercial space or an exhibition, you always need a strong story to lead the way, only then everything else falls into place. I teach you to find connections, do research and create the links to start designing a concept. Using different tools like storyboarding and metaphors, the story is then transformed to the visual language and design direction. This is a core methodology to make any spatial project or a brand experience a success. I can also then move onto design direction and special projects guidance. Help with portfolio and mentoring on your current projects
