My teaching method is interactive instead of being discourse based. The entire session will be divided into exercises and we will not move on to the next topic until the student finishes an exercise first. This is to ensure that the student is actually getting practical programming experience and can reimplement everything he's learning with ease in the future. Thus I'm essentially guaranteeing skillset growth by the time the course ends. All students should be extremely comfortable in writing their own programs by the end of the course.
