About Sophie
Psychology is one of the most content heavy A-level subjects by far, so it is understandable that a lot of people struggle with it. Having done my A-levels, I know this struggle first-hand but with the right support and guidance it becomes a lot less daunting. That's where I come in. I'm here to support you every step of the way in your studies. My passion for psychology means that I am always happy to help and share any advice or knowledge I have.

Each lesson lasts for an hour and structured around each individual student. Throughout the lesson, we will work together to help break down difficult concepts and studies. I always ensure that this is done in an engaging and enjoyable way, as the content is more likely to stick. This understanding will be furthered by working through practice questions, so students understand how to apply what they have learnt.
My students always leave my lessons a lot happier than when they came in. I make sure of it!

Sophie is a really friendly caring individual and really helped me with my GCSEs. I was really struggling with maths but she always took the time to sit and explain it to me, even if she had to explain 10 times she was so patient. That’s what made her such a good tutor, she didn’t make me feel like I was dumb, she was super motivating and encouraging. I really recommend her!
