About Kama
As a dancer, we also used to FORCE TURNOUT and torque out joints, but this will cause injuries.
I teach Vinyasa yoga with an idea that people should use their own turnout (30 degrees at the foot, not 90 degrees), and flexibility vs trying to flatten bones to look like an ideal.
Plus, depending on a student's fitness level, I will add extra Chattarungas and planks to challenge.

Use the person's natural turnout.
DO NOT FLATTEN BONES, twist hips and spines, or force feet into "90 degrees".
Challenge in other ways like extra vinyasas vs things that will cause an injury in the end.
I created BODYFRIENLYOGA with the idea of injury prevention as well as flow and "a good workout".

Bronx will be $40 per hour, but Westchester and Manhattan will be $75. Please note I do not give "free lessons", but I cannot make this feature go away. Ignore the "free lesson" as I do not do that, sorry. Early times before 7am will cost more.
