I am a qualified art teacher with over 15 years of experience delivering art therapy groups to psychiatric patients, as well as teaching art in schools and community settings. I am passionate about creativity as a tool for healing, confidence, and personal growth. My approach is warm, professional, and supportive, ensuring that each student feels safe, encouraged, and inspired to express themselves. Over two decades of teaching across diverse settings has taught me how to adapt to individual needs and guide students gently toward their own creative breakthroughs.

Details
My hourly rate reflects over 20 years of teaching experience and more than 15 years of facilitating art therapy groups with the HSE West. Sessions are tailored to each student, blending creative expression with therapeutic approaches to support stress relief, confidence, and personal growth. I offer flexible lesson packs for those who want to commit to a longer journey—5 hours at €150 and 10 hours at €300. The first 30-minute session is free, so you can experience my approach before deciding on a package. All online sessions are delivered via Google Meet for accessibility and convenience.
