About Carmen
Hi there. My name is Carmen Louise Huang. I come from Cape Town in South Africa. Teaching English and some other subjects is my passion. I have been teaching online for 11 years. I am kind and friendly. I am also very patient. I can help with accent reduction and pronunciation. I give my students tips daily on perfecting grammar and pronunciation. I love praising and encouraging my students. I have TEFL and TESOL certificates. I have two certificates in counseling. I have a National certificate in Early Childhood development. I have started a degree in Food and Nutrition. I look forward to meeting you soon.

I like to find the strengths and weaknesses of my student/client. Then I like to praise them for their strengths and help them identify ways to repairing and building on errors. I enjoy teaching English as a foreign language. I have 11 years of online teaching experience. I also teach History ,business English and Life skills. I am kind and friendly and I teach accent reduction and focus on reading and pronunciation. I enjoy teaching children at age 10 to young adolescents/adults until age 20. The level is usually intermediate level. For the most part, my language of choice is English as I am a native speaker.
