About Jessica
I have done my Bachelor's in Psychology and Master's in Social Work along with courses on Art therapy. I have been an artist since childhood and have thoroughly enjoyed the combination of Art and Therapy! I have practiced Art therapy for more than 4 years with both children and adults and have seen it bring breakthroughs in difficult situations in clients' lives! Art is an expression that words cannot always articulate, so I can assure you that this class will be an interesting journey for you to embark! And don't worry, you don't have to be an artist to do this class!

This class will include practical therapeutic art techniques that we will practice together. This class is for anyone above the age of 5 years. Art therapy works very well with children and is provenly effective with adults as well. So adults are welcome too!
Each class will be for 1 hour, which will include time for practice and theory discussion of the specific art technique or exercise used in each class.

Jessica makes me feel at ease talking to her. She have good patience, caring and follows up closely. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an art therapist to work on their emotions or for leisure.
If you want to explore the creative child within you, Jessica is definitely someone who can show you how! We sometimes do not realise that art can be therapeutic and see it as something that one does for "time-pass".. But for someone like me who started painting to help deal with physical and emotional pain, Jessica's simple suggestions made a world of a difference! I would recommend her to anyone who's looking to heal creatively!
Jessica is artistic, creative and uniquely gifted in both art and teaching. Her talent and patience make up an excellent combination for students to learn and develop interest. Would highly recommend her!
