About Sazid
I am a counseling psychologist, career counselor, and mental health trainer with experience working with students, young adults, schools, and educational organizations. Over the years, I have conducted counseling sessions, career guidance programs, mental health workshops, and personality development sessions focused on emotional well-being, communication, and self-growth.
My areas of interest include psychology, social communication, non-verbal communication, emotional intelligence, and personality development. I enjoy helping learners understand human behavior in a practical and relatable way while also building confidence, self-awareness, and effective communication skills.
Along with individual counseling and mentoring, I have experience conducting workshops and interactive sessions for schools and students on topics such as stress management, emotional wellness, resilience building, communication skills, and career clarity. My teaching approach is friendly, supportive, and interactive, creating a safe learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and asking questions.
I believe learning should not only improve academic understanding but also help individuals grow personally and socially. My goal is to make psychology and communication easy to understand, practical to apply, and meaningful in everyday life.

My classes are designed to be interactive, practical, and easy to understand rather than focused only on textbook learning. I believe psychology and communication are best learned through real-life examples, activities, discussions, and observation-based learning.
