According to me she is the best teacher. She knows how to interact with students very well and has a very fine way to explain the concepts which makes it easier to understand the concepts. She has developed effective short and long term assessment that enable her to monitor student learning so that her teaching can be adjusted if needed. Her attitude is always positive and she has terrific influence in classroom environment. She is also creative in the resources she uses in her lesson plan. She has a good sense of humor and she uses it appropriately. I would highly recommended her for any teaching position in which she is interested.
