About Leo
A Brooklyn native, Leo is a product of the New York City public school system and has achieved academic and professional success on both sides of the Atlantic. Leo earned a B.A. with Distinction (3.88 GPA) in History and a minor in Business from Cornell University, attended Pembroke College, University of Cambridge as a visiting student, and obtained a CTLE certificate from the Teachers College, Columbia University. During his four years of experience, Leo’s students have been accepted to programs at UC Berkeley, Northwestern, Georgetown, Brown, Imperial College London, and Northeastern. In addition to working on applications, Leo enjoys spending his time watching soccer (mostly Italian), reading history books, and studying new languages.

MY SAT tutoring approach offers students a comprehensive understanding of the key concepts and strategies needed to succeed on the SAT. With a focus on building strong foundational knowledge and effective test-taking strategies, students will gain the skills necessary to approach each section with confidence. Classes will typically meet for one hour and will be tailored to the individual needs of the student. Throughout the course, students will engage in practice problems, review important content areas, and develop strategies for time management and overcoming test anxiety. This balanced schedule offers ample time for learning and review, ensuring students are fully prepared for exam day. Before the first session, please complete a diagnostic practice exam, which can be found on the College Board Website.
