About Laura
I am a Mummy to two daughters so know how to make economical, speedy and tasty meals to suit all the family. I have been successfully running my cookery school for 6 years now and have taught hundreds of students. Happy to help with budgeting, speedy meals, coping with disasters, finding the perfect recipe, the science behind recipes, portion control, sensory eating issues, health and hygiene....

My classes can be from 1-6 hours but for online I recommend no more than 80 minutes. You will need to have the ingredients to hand or if you live locally I am able to provide these for you. I will adapt the recipe to all food intolerances. I will email you the recipe initially and talk about any additional needs you or your child may have and what is your most effective way of learning. I try and make my lessons fun, interactive, chatty and friendly and I've had no complaints so far!

Please inform us of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of your booking or we cannot guarantee a full refund. Similarly, Mindful Bakes reserves the right to cancel sessions but will aim to give as much prior notice as possible. Parents and guardians will be contacted via the contact details that they have provided. If they are not contactable a message will be left with the school and parents / guardians will be asked to make alternative arrangements to collect their child. Mindful bakes are NOT responsible for the care of your children should they need to cancel a session.
