About Valeria
The subjects I am experienced in teaching include Food Technology and Nutrition and I am a qualified trainer with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) for Food Safety, Health and Safety and Nutrition. Aside from regular Food Technology classes, I can also deliver level 1 and 2 Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and Nutrition as well as assess exams for all of these. Above all I am conscientious teacher who values continual professional development, going the extra mile for students , developing and adapting learning resources, in order to enhance the students learning experience and bring the subject to life.
