About Alessandro
I was born and raised in Italy but my desire for meeting new cultures always brought far from home. One fundamental component of my trips is to have a dip into the food culture, try to taste as much dishes as my belly can hold. I've always found incredible how Italian cuisine is well-known across the world, but at the same time, how poor could be the knowledge about it. My mission is to share the knowledge and passion about this really ancient and diverse cuisine to everyone's table, that always reconnect me to my roots and flavours of my childhood.

Always wanted to learn how to make a delicious tiramisu to surprise your girlfriend or cook a really authentic pasta for your colleagues but you always ended up with a messy kitchen, burnt pan and ordering some nice and easy food delivery?
Don't worry! Italian cuisine is not an exact and precise science, and you won't need a degree to bring on your table an authentic and tasty recipe. You just have to pick up the right ingredients, acknowledge some grandmas' secret tricks and mix all together with a good dose of "amore".
During my life experiences abroad my friends and colleagues always asked me to prepare some really Italian meals, even if my professional career is a completely different one. On my family's table, we never missed good 0km ingredients, with variety and influence from all the regions of the country.
My Italian cooking class is suitable for every level of cooking knowledge, from cooking "al dente" pasta to a more complicated and super request tiramisu.
