About Aymará
I am a contortionist circence; Previously, I passed the professional career of Circus and Dance at the Circus of the Arts, in addition to taking flexibility and dance classes at various other institutions. I currently work giving group Stetching classes at the Target GYM chain, as well as working at events as a circus artist.

The class is always adapted to the students depending on their level and needs. We always start with a small warm-up in general, starting from the wrists and feet, up to the spine. During the rest of the class we work in depth on the different muscle chains, also emphasizing the different joints. In the class different techniques will be combined, both classical dance, from Barra to Terre (also therapeutic), and purely elongation, thus making all of them different, thus avoiding monotony, and also adding difficulty in each of them. The work always goes from responsibility and body awareness. Each body has its times, and they are all different, but absolutely EVERYONE can be overcome.
