About Renee
I have 11 years of experience teaching singing and hold a PhD in Vocal Performance. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with learners seeking stronger technique, improved confidence, and deeper musical expression. Helping students discover new possibilities in their voice continues to inspire me.
My teaching philosophy is built around patience, communication, and individual development. I believe every singer has unique strengths that can be developed through thoughtful guidance and consistent practice. Lessons are designed to help students progress while feeling supported throughout their journey.
Outside teaching, I enjoy studying vocal repertoire, attending live performances, and exploring different musical traditions. These experiences enrich my understanding of music and influence my teaching approach. I am passionate about helping students grow into confident and expressive performers.

My singing lessons are designed to help students develop a voice that feels natural, flexible, and expressive. We focus on breath coordination, resonance balance, pitch stability, vocal agility, diction clarity, and emotional communication through music. Every lesson creates opportunities for students to improve technique while enjoying the creative process.
Students explore vocal exercises, interpretation activities, listening tasks, phrasing development, and repertoire building. I explain concepts in a simple and practical way so learners understand how to apply them during practice and performance. Lessons are tailored to match individual goals, musical interests, and experience levels.
I enjoy helping students move beyond uncertainty and develop trust in their own voice. Through consistent encouragement and personalized feedback, learners gain greater control and confidence. My goal is to create a learning experience that is motivating, enjoyable, and supportive of long-term vocal growth.
