About Tomáš
I am a contemporary mime artist and teacher based in Helsinki, Finland with many years of performing and teaching experience. Working with individuals and teams of people, making their professional and personal lives better on all fronts.
I focus mainly on teaching contemporary mime, the core of acting and healthy movement since 2013 starting at Youth camp, where I thought 20+ people from whole European Union of age 14-24 in english. I also teach annually at festival PAN in Slovakia since 2013 and in 2017-2018 at my alma mater The department of nonverbal theater at The Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. I was also teaching at Sladovna in the town of Písek 2017 - 2019. From 2019 I teach for Auraco, HELMIME company in Finland, Czechia and Slovakia.
I started my mime career as a 5 years old boy in Mime Studio Kasprzyk in Slovakia. I performed with Studio under the leadership of my father, famous slovak mime Miroslav Kasprzyk. After lot of performing throughout my childhood and teens I successfully applied for the Academy of performing arts in Prague at The department of mime and finished with Master degree in nonverbal theater.
