About Mary
Graduated from the University of Sacred Heart of Tokyo I have an experience of 8 years in Contemporary dance and 5 in Pilates having worked in Hungary as a dance teacher. I have performed several performances in more than 23 countries in Europe.

These exercises will improve flexibility, strengthen the body and build muscle control and endurance. These exercises range from beginner to advanced level. Intensity can be increased over time as the body adapts to the exercises.
My methodology is built in a way that can be adapted to everyone, therefore pushing you to overcome your limit. The structure of these exercises will lead you to be aware of giving the best of you and feel the improvement.
