About Ceren
Hi there! I’m a conservatory graduate music teacher with over 14 years of experience teaching piano, guitar, and music theory.
My music journey began in Turkey during my conservatory years, where I learned that every student has their own unique path. Over the years, I’ve prepared students for Royal Academy of Music and Trinity College London exams, while also teaching students who want to learn music as a hobby or have specific personal goals. I’ve also provided performance opportunities through concerts, choirs, bands, and orchestras.

In my lessons, I use method books that match each student’s level and needs. These books help build a strong foundation, develop solid technique, and strengthen music theory knowledge. At the same time, we explore the student’s strengths and areas that need more support, and work on them together.
The lesson content changes depending on the student’s level and the type of music they want to learn. Since every student is unique, I create a personalized study plan for each one. We follow this plan together, and at the end of each lesson, we discuss the practice time the student will focus on outside of class to make the learning process as effective as possible.
With my younger students, I also include fun music-related games during lessons. These games make learning more enjoyable and help them stay focused. My goal is to ensure that every student enjoys learning the piano while growing and making steady progress.
