About Abhishek
I am a qualified architect specializing in Retrofit and International Architectural Regeneration, with a RIBA Part II certification. My study focused on urban regeneration, particularly on existing buildings, traditional techniques, materiality, and retrofitting, all while considering the current climate conditions.
My experiences include teaching at University as Assistant professor and working on conservation project. Surveying the historic Gohar Mahal structure, analyzing the works of Geoffrey Bawa in Sri Lanka, exploring Earthbag Building techniques with Good Earth Nepal, engaging in monument conservation efforts at Nagaur Fort, a UNESCO Site in Rajasthan, and delving into the pedagogy of Waterscapes for Sustainable Development through a workshop with USIEF. Additionally, I had the privilege of participating in CAUKIN Studio's workshop: "Design Done Differently".
