I have been practicing Yoga for three years, immersed in this path that is full of self-knowledge and learning. Every day you understand and discover something new about yourself and that totally amazes you. My classes are of different styles, depending on what you like most, they are very personalized. And they are classes full of good energy, vibes and a lot of love. I can teach you in English too.
