About Rose
I am a committed drum tutor with 8 years of professional experience. I teach high school students, college students, and elderly learners. I have helped nearly 150 to 200 students improve their drumming skills. A special moment in my career was watching my students give their first group performance. Since then, many students have grown into confident performers. My teaching approach is simple, patient, and practical. I focus on rhythm control, timing, and coordination. I guide students step by step. For elderly students, I offer relaxed sessions. For younger students, I focus on confidence and performance. My goal is to inspire students and help them enjoy learning drums for life.

My drum teaching methodology focuses on real-life practice, motivation, problem-solving, integrity, and flexibility. I teach students using real songs and performance situations so they understand how rhythms work in real bands and recordings. This helps them build strong timing and groove. Motivation keeps students interested and consistent. I always encourage them and help them enjoy the learning process. When students struggle with coordination, speed, or difficult fills, I use simple problem-solving methods to guide them step by step. Integrity is central to my teaching. I believe in honest feedback, discipline, and respect for music. Students learn both musical skills and strong values. Flexibility allows me to change teaching methods based on learning speed, age, and personal goals. Along with drum lessons, I also teach rhythm training, keyboard basics, music theory, and performance preparation.
