About Vivianna
I am a South African/Canadian pianist, who grew up in Cape Town and started piano at the age of 7. Music quickly became my passion which led to a career in performance and teaching.
I am an accomplished pianist with 12+ years of international solo, duo and chamber performance experience. I have studied music in South Africa, Cape Town and the UK, London where I have been taught by many esteemed professors, all the knowledge I have acquired, I hope to pass on to my own students. Since graduating from secondary school, I have gained much experience in the field of piano teaching. In my teaching career so far, I have established myself as a dedicated and beloved music tutor and I look forward to continuing on this path.

As a performing artist, being able to share my love for music with people makes me a highly committed and driven piano teacher. I take great pride in guiding my students on their journey to becoming the musician they want to be and also in getting to know each of them more personally as I believe this creates a more exciting and motivating learning space. My students are of various ages ranging from young children to the elderly. I am dedicated to planning each lesson according to the student’s strengths and personal goals allowing for a successful, fun-filled and encouraging lesson each time. My lessons are typically 45 minutes to 1 hour long, depending on the student and their level.
