About Stefanie
I am a bright, bubbly young woman based in New Zealand. I began singing at 4 and piano lessons shortly thereafter. I have done all of my theory and practical exams through the Trinity College of London and have 2 University Degrees. I have lived, performed and taught all over the world. I have done multiple stints as a Musical Director and Conductor. Music is my life:)
I love working with people from all walks of life - from special needs to high achieving pianists. My main goal is to help you succeed and learn quickly. I'm fluent in both English and German.

I teach piano, musicianship and theory to all grades and ages. I focus on tailoring each lesson to the student in front of me and want to ensure they are not only informative and productive, but also fun (because you learn more when you're having fun). I implement many different methods and strategies - whatever is required to get the best out of you. Musicality is very important to me, so I will teach you how to make the music 'sing' and connect. I have taught students of all levels and learning capabilities. I have put many students through theory and practical exams/ competitions, but am also happy to go at your pace.
Am also happy to solely teach theory if required. I find it easy to simplify theory concepts.
