About Martin
Hi! I'm a year 4 computing undergraduate student at NUS. I have worked with a diverse range of students, from early learners such as primary 1 to young adults, providing tailored academic guidance and one-to-one or group tuition sessions! I am confident in my ability to help deepen your knowledge and appreciation of the subject.

My goal is not just to teach content, but to help students genuinely understand what they are learning and build the confidence to apply it independently.
I believe every student learns differently, so I take time to understand each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning style before tailoring my lessons accordingly. Whether a student needs help strengthening their foundations, catching up with schoolwork, or pushing towards higher grades, I adapt my teaching approach to make concepts clearer, more manageable, and easier to remember.
I have experience teaching IB Secondary and Primary school students where my students have all gained a better appreciation for their subjects and have seen an improvement in their scores.
My lessons are friendly, patient, and structured. I aim to create a comfortable environment where students feel safe asking questions, making mistakes, and gradually improving at their own pace.
