Hello, my name is John, and I am a Computer Science undergraduate with a strong academic background in mathematics and problem-solving. I am passionate about helping students achieve their full potential and develop confidence in their mathematical abilities.
Through my studies, I have gained extensive experience applying mathematical concepts, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking to real-world problems. Hi, I'm John, a Computer Science undergraduate with a strong passion for mathematics and helping students build confidence in their abilities.
My approach to tutoring is student-centred and focused on creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I believe that understanding concepts is more important than memorising procedures, so I break down complex topics into simple, manageable steps and use clear explanations alongside worked examples.
During lessons, I assess each student's strengths and areas for improvement, tailoring my teaching style to their individual needs and learning pace. I encourage active participation through problem-solving exercises, guided practice, and regular review of key concepts to reinforce understanding and improve retention.
