About Reza
I am a Computer Science PhD researcher with more than 10 years of professional software development experience and a strong background in C and C++.
C++ has been an important part of my professional career. I have several years of hands-on experience developing real-world software in C++, including working with object-oriented programming, the STL, Boost, databases, networking, and complex software systems.
Alongside my industry experience, I have academic teaching experience as a university Teaching Assistant and as a Learning Center coordinator, where I helped students understand technical subjects, solve problems, and strengthen their academic skills.
This combination of teaching, research, and professional software development allows me to explain C++ from both perspectives: understanding the underlying computer science concepts and learning how C++ is actually used in real-world software development.
I know that topics such as pointers, memory management, object-oriented programming, templates, the STL, and modern C++ can initially seem complicated. I enjoy breaking these concepts into smaller, intuitive steps and using practical coding examples until they become clear.
I welcome complete beginners as well as university students and more experienced programmers. Whether your goal is to understand your C++ course, prepare for an exam or technical interview, improve your problem-solving skills, or become a stronger C++ programmer, I will adapt the lessons to your current level and goals.
Most importantly, I want my students to become independent programmers who understand what their code is doing and why—not simply memorize solutions.

My C++ lessons focus on understanding how and why code works—not simply memorizing syntax.
I tailor each lesson to your current level and goals. Whether you are completely new to C++, taking a university programming course, struggling with an assignment, preparing for an exam or technical interview, or looking to strengthen your professional C++ skills, we will build a learning plan around what you actually need.
A typical lesson includes:
1. **Quick review:** We identify questions or difficulties from previous topics.
2. **Concept explanation:** I explain each new concept step by step with clear and practical examples.
3. **Live coding:** We write C++ code together and examine how it works.
4. **Hands-on practice:** You solve problems yourself while I guide you through the problem-solving process.
5. **Debugging and code review:** We analyze errors, improve your code, and discuss better approaches.
6. **Summary and next steps:** We review what you learned and identify what to practice next.
Depending on your level, I can help with C++ fundamentals, object-oriented programming, classes and inheritance, pointers and memory management, references, templates, the STL, containers, iterators, algorithms, smart pointers, modern C++ concepts, data structures, algorithms, debugging, university coursework, exam preparation, and technical interview preparation.
What makes my lessons different is the combination of academic teaching and professional software development experience. I am a Computer Science PhD researcher, former university Teaching Assistant and Learning Center coordinator, and I have more than 10 years of professional software development experience, including extensive work with C++.
For beginners, I explain difficult concepts patiently and from multiple angles. For more advanced students, we can go beyond syntax and focus on writing clean, efficient, maintainable C++ and understanding how the language works in real-world software development.
My goal is not to write your code for you. I want you to develop the skills to understand problems, design solutions, write good C++ code, and debug it independently.
