About Miriam
Hi, I’m a Computer Science graduate with a strong background in mathematics and a passion for helping students succeed. I specialize in high school math and focus on creating a supportive, encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building their understanding at their own pace. My teaching is grounded in empathy and clarity. I take time to understand how each student learns best and adapt my lessons to suit their individual needs. Whether we’re working on algebra, calculus, or exam preparation, I make sure every concept is explained in a way that makes sense — not just memorized. I hold a university degree in Computer Science, which included extensive coursework in mathematics, and I’ve been tutoring high school students in math for several years. I focus on making maths clear, engaging, and relevant for students.
