Perfect! He tenido la oportunidad de recibir clases de yoga por parte de Carla, y ha sido una experiencia excelente. Lo que más destaco de ella es su naturalidad y capacidad para adaptarse a mis necesidades específicas, tengo algunos impedimentos físicos, como dolor de ciática, y aun así siempre encuentra los ejercicios adecuados para mí. Desde la primera clase noté una mejora considerable, tanto en mi cuerpo como en mi bienestar general.
El ambiente de sus clases es muy agradable, donde me siento cómodo y relajado, pero a la vez con la certeza de que estoy en manos de una profesional seria y puntual. Además, su amabilidad y simpatía hacen que cada sesión sea aún más gratificante.

Conozco a Carla hace muchos años y sé la dedicación y el amor que le pone a las cosas que le apasionan, y ésta no es la excepción. En sus clases no sólo transmite su conocimiento y su formación, además transmite confianza y seguridad que, según mi opinión, son claves en esta disciplina. Sabe muy bien cómo adecuar la clase según las diferentes condiciones de sus alumnos. Yo recomiendo sus clases porque no sólo conocerán a una profe dedicada, también conocerán a la gran persona que hay detrás.
