I will give a very applied approach where we will spend a lot of time discussing and working together to come up with a plan to best fix your specific situation. Lessons will be 1hr. I have spent 3 summers as a camp counselor for children and have been coaching in different roles for 8 years. My lessons are for young people/athletes who are finding the modern world tough.
